It depends on your location. If you are within Canada, you should see all prices on the website in CAD and you will be charged in CAD. If you are in the United States, you will see all prices in USD and will be charged in USD. If you wish to manually change the currency, you can do so from the top of most pages.
Our team works quickly to get orders shipped out as soon as possible, so we are unable to make any changes or cancel orders after orders are placed. This includes orders for pre-ordered items.

Due to digital photography, dye lot variations and minor improvements made to the construction of the product we can not guarantee the color and construction as an exact replica of the product. While we try our best to show our products as accurately as possible, screen images are a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.
In most cases when an item shows as "Sold Out" on our website, our plan it to restock it within 1 - 2 months. If we don't intend to restock the product, we will pull it down from the website completely and you wont see it as "Sold Out". For better estimates, please reach out to us at info@satuhati.ca with the product you are interested in and we will be able to provide you a more accurate timeline.
We offer a 30 day Manufacturer’s Warranty. Items that break prior to wear or have any defects must be reported within 30 days to qualify for a replacement or store credit. Please see the notes under “Returns & Warranty” for further details.
